Registration

Registration will be open in October or November  and is open until February, 9, 2018 at interdisciplinary-college.de. In order to register click on the register link of the website. With your registration you will automatically get an IK member account.

Early bird registration by January, 7, 2018.

Registration will be treated on a first come-first serve basis. Your registration will only be effective after you have received a written confirmation and invoice.

Fees

Attention: these are the fees we charged in 2018. The fees for 2019 may differ.

Course materials are included in the conference fee. Accommodation is not covered by the conference fee.

Accommodation

Usually, participants will take accommodation in the Heinrich-Lübke-Haus for the duration of the Interdisciplinary College. 

  • Single room 510 EUR (p. P.)
  • Double room 430 EUR (p. P.)
  • Triple room 310 EUR (p. P.)

Attention: These are the prices from 2018. The prices for 2019 might differ. 

For participants taking external accommodation, a fee is charged for coffee breaks, meals, and the conference dinner.

  • External accomodation 300 EUR

Accommodation is not covered by the conference fee.

Stipends

Participants lacking financial support may apply for a scholarship to support their board and lodging. To apply, you need to specify in your registration that you would like to apply for a stipend. Stipends and applications must be submitted by December, 31, 2018.
